I live in a small Condo Building with an elevator that opens directly onto my unit. The elevator is operated via individual key codes, but there was no secondary physical security at the elevator to protect my property, so I began the search for a security gate.

I looked at some cheap door gates from Home Depot that required padlocks (and frankly were not that attractive). I also spoke to several companies that had commercial-quality gates, but they either looked too utilitarian (think warehouse) or the companies were flat out not interested in selling to individuals (so much for customer service). Towards the end of my search I stumbled upon a youtube video from Quantum, showing how easy it was to install your security gates, and it was like seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I was very impressed with the fact that even though I was an individual only buying one gate for residential purposes, the level of service and care that your company showed was outstanding. Upon sending you some photos of my elevator door area, you made a solid recommendation, and I am extremely happy with the results. My husband and I installed our gate very quickly and we did not require any special tools besides our electric drill.
As an architect who is employed by a corporate company, I know the importance of durability, aesthetics, and customer service. I think Quantum is unique in the fact that you have a good balance of all 3. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my neighbors (in fact I already have!) or use your security gates on one of my commercial projects if the opportunity ever presents itself.
